In other words, when the overhead pin is engaged, the press arm is rigid like all other home gyms. The X2 is a four Station two Stack Gym. This allows for 2 simultaneous users. Stations 1 and 2 operate off of one of the two stack and Stations 3 & 4 operate off the 2nd Stack. Please note that stations 1 and 2 cannot be used simultaneously. This also applies to Station 3 and 4.
